At Jenny the Plant Lady’s Chef’s Gardens, we understand the importance of sourcing high-quality, organic produce for culinary creations. That’s why we offer state-of-the-art hydroponic towers, carefully engineered to provide optimal growing conditions and maximize space efficiency. Our towers utilize drip irrigation connected to a 16-gallon water reservoir, eliminating the need for daily hand watering.

What is a Chef’s Garden?
Utilizing the Smart Farm system by Mr. Stacky, we can grow more than 20 different herbs and vegetables in less than four square feet at your restaurant.
What grows best:
Herbs such as parsley, basil, mint, cilantro, dill, thyme, oregano, savory, epazote, chives, etc.
Fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, strawberries, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, lettuce, etc.
What We Do
All gardens are customized to fit your chefs’ needs.
We are on location one to two times per week. Harvests typically begin within one month of installation and will continue weekly for the duration of the season. Therefore, you will always have fresh herbs on hand.
We are not trying to replace your existing produce supplier, although you will definitely be ordering much fewer fresh herbs!
