Our innovative system allows us to grow a wide variety of fresh herbs and vegetables right on-site, ensuring a constant supply of premium, flavorful ingredients harvested weekly.
We understand the importance of sourcing high-quality, organic produce for culinary creations. That’s why we offer state-of-the-art hydroponic towers, carefully engineered to provide optimal growing conditions and maximize space efficiency. Our towers utilize drip irrigation connected to a 16-gallon water reservoir, eliminating the need for daily hand watering.
Services
Our innovative semi-hydroponic stacking towers are able to grow more than 20 different herbs and vegetables in less than four square feet.
All towers are fully customized to fit your chefs’ needs. Harvests typically begin within one month of installation and will continue weekly for the duration of the season.
A member of our gardening team will be on site once per week for tower maintenance and harvesting.
